We paid a visit to Chambar’s new home this weekend, just a stone’s throw from where they spent 10 wonderful years on Beatty Street. Their spacious new location can accommodate 270 guests between two levels, and includes a year-round patio, a cocktail bar, and an 80-seat private dining room. The tasteful decor deserves a mention – the brick walls, creative lighting, and leather banquettes will make you want to stay awhile. You’ll recognize a lot of favourites from the Medina menu including those Belgian waffles and the best cup of lavender latte in town. You can grab breakfast from 8:30 am until 11:30 am daily – and they take online reservations which is fantastic. After all, weekend time is precious and we don’t want to spend any of it a lineup.
