DESCRIPTION:The Birth Standard Prenatal Class is a three day workshop designed to support and empower you through the transition into parenthood—both mentally and physically. Grounded in evidence-based education\, this comprehensive course guides you from pregnancy and labour through the early days at home with your baby. \nLed by Blair Graham BScN\, RN\, you’ll gain practical\, up-to-date knowledge to help you feel informed and confident every step of the way. In addition\, prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist Lucy Ulmer will teach you how to prepare your body for labour through intentional\, specialized movement\, and how to safely begin your recovery and healing journey after birth.
