Featuring handmade dumplings from Dickyʼs Dumps paired with bold and colourful Mexican-inspired accompaniments\, the menu promises a unique culinary journey that is bold\, celebratory\, and utterly delicious. \nMenu Highlights\nBlack Macha Aguachile with Prawns & Scallops Dumplings: A black macha sauce paired with fried dumplings\, inspired by the dramatic contrast of firecrackers lighting up the night sky. \nGrilled Veggies with Vegetarian Dumplings: A Mexican-style twist featuring grilled mushrooms\, eggplant\, and a vibrant pickled salad. \nMexican Master Stock with Chicken & Ginger Dumplings: Steamed dumplings glazed in a rich\, dark Chinese master stock\, paired with ginger-infused pickles and ajillo pepper oil. \nDicksonʼs Birria Dumplings: Pork & chives dumplings served with a deeply flavourful birria broth\,\npull-apart brisket\, and a bright lime mignonette. \nThis one-night-only menu represents the best of what both brands have to offer: tradition\, creativity\,\nand a passion for connecting people through food. \nReservations are available on Tock.
