This month, Gastown is transforming into a holiday wonderland, inviting guests to experience The Magic of Gastown—a neighbourhood-wide holiday celebration filled with festive entertainment, nostalgic traditions, immersive experiences and creative displays from local businesses. Meet Me in Gastown returns Aug 14, 4–9 PM, with 16 top restaurants, live music from Latin to orchestral pop, and a cocktail patio party. Free, all-ages, and in support of A Better Life Foundation, it’s an evening of food, music, and community in one of Vancouver’s most iconic neighbourhoods.
Gastown BIA’s free pop-up music series is back every Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30 pm with live music on every block, plus special monthly takeovers. From jazz to slow jams and everything in between, enjoy live music from the comfort of your favourite patio or while walking down the cobblestone
