Gotham Steakhouse and Bar To celebrate Thanksgiving, Gotham will be featuring a special House-made Pumpkin Cheesecake (For the pumpkin cheesecake the crust is made with gingersnap crumbs. For the filling, Organic pumpkin puree a mix of cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg and ground cloves.Caramel sauce is made with sugar, water, drops of lemon juice, cream and just a touch of butter. The whipped cream used for garnish is accented with ground cinnamon. This is available starting Saturday, October 10th to Saturday, October 31st for $13.50 each.
