Explore Burnaby’s Culinary Festival: Bite of Burnaby 2025

Bite of Burnaby returns this March, bigger than ever, with an expanded lineup of set-course menus, immersive dining events, and hands-on culinary experiences. With over 65 restaurants offering exclusive prix-fixe menus and special deals, this month-long premier festival is a must for food lovers looking to explore the city’s rich culinary diversity.

From casual eats to elevated multi-course meals, the prix-fixe menus will feature a range of flavours and price points, making it easy for diners to explore different cuisines and experience Burnaby’s restaurants without breaking the bank.

This year’s festival will also feature new immersive dining experiences. Highlights include Dinneraad, a long-table experience pairing Dageraad Brewing’s award-winning Belgian-style beers with locally inspired dishes; A Taste of Japan at Nikkei, featuring a traditional tea ceremony, artisan chocolate-making, and miso fermentation workshops; Taste of Trattoria, a multi-course Italian feast at Trattoria by Italian Kitchen showcasing house-made pastas and regional specialities; and Celebrate Holi with Kurry Wala, where guests can enjoy a festive buffet, live music, and the vibrant energy of colour play.

Bite of Burnaby 2025 welcomes an exciting roster of new restaurants, including West Coast seafood-focused Bow & Stern; HaiDiLao, known for their immersive hot pot experience; and Na-Re Korean Kitchen’s bold and comforting Korean flavours. Returning favourites include Mintara (formerly Horizons on Burnaby Mountain), offering an elegant four-course menu featuring surf and turf with lobster tail and red wine jus, and Wild Flour Pizza, known for its handcrafted sourdough pizzas.

Diners can also take part in the Dine, Snap & Win Contest, sharing their Bite of Burnaby experience on Instagram using #BiteofBurnaby for a chance to win weekly prizes or the Stay & Eat grand prize, which includes a one-night hotel stay and a dining experience in Burnaby.
