BLACK+BLUE/THE ROOF (Sunday, May 11) Enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe brunch for Mother’s Day with choice of starter (Half Dozen Oysters, Crab Cake, Boston Bibb Salad, French Onion Soup or Wagyu Beef Carpaccio), entrée (‘B+B’ Crispy Pancetta and Peameal Bacon or Crab Benny, Lobster Omelette, Steak + Eggs or Forno-Baked French Toast) and dessert (Chocolate Mousse Cake with almond cocoa dacquoise, sesame coca nib crumble and caramelized marshmallow ice cream or Basque Cheesecake with Chantilly cream and berry compote). C|PRIME (Sunday, May 11) Treat Mom to a signature Brunch Buffet featuring a generous spread of chef-prepared brunch favourites, fresh pastries, seasonal sides, coffee and tea. COAST (Sunday, May 11) Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet features a Chill Bar (Fresh Shucked West Coast Oysters, Poached Tiger Prawns, Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Ahi Tuna Poke), Fresh Salads, Sushi Rolls, Chef’s Herb-Rubbed Canadian Prime Striploin and Steelhead Trout Wellington Carving Stations, a Live Action Custom Omelette Station, an array of Hot Entrées such as Paella, Lobster Ravioli alla Vodka, Pan-Roasted Cod and Braised Short Rib Hash as well as Classic Breakfast Selections and Desserts. $95 per person plus tax and gratuity and $35 for kids 12 and under. GLOWBAL RESTAURANT (Sunday, May 11) Glowbal’s flagship establishment will present a show-stopping Brunch Buffet featuring: Oyster & Chilled Seafood Buffet with highlights like Jumbo Prawn Cocktail Tower and Snow Crab Legs; Prime Beef and As-You-Like-It Omelette Chef Stations; Nori Rolls; Classic Hot and Cold Favourites; Pasta; Desserts such as Mother’s Day Macarons, Lemon & Raspberry Meringue Tarts, Coconut Panna Cotta and more. $95 per person plus tax and gratuity or $35 for kids aged 12 and under. DESI INDIAN LOUNGE (Sunday, May 11) Experience Vancouver’s only Indian food-inspired high tea, featuring choice of Masala Chai, Indian Coffee, or a summer refresher, paired with a beautifully presented stand for two guests including two pieces each of mango pastry, milk chocolate hazelnut cake, Gajar Halwa tart, dhokla, vada bao, pav bhaji bruschetta, and paneer or chicken tikka croissants, served with tamarind and green pea chutney. FANNY BAY OYSTER BAR AND SHELLFISH MARKET (May 9 to 11) Celebrate with a special three-course menu crafted to impress. Start with your choice of a Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll or a fresh Vancouver Salmon Roll. For the main course, indulge in Steak Frites with hanger steak, truffle fries, and béarnaise sauce, or Pan Roasted Halibut served with uni cream sauce, salt cod croquette, and wasabi cucumber. LAVANTINE This Mother’s Day, Lavantine invites you to its very first brunch service with a vibrant Champagne Brunch experience from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. LOAM BISTRO (May 9 – 11) Loam Bistro presents a heartfelt menu inspired by the women who shaped the team’s love for food. Chef Rahul honours his mother in India with a Lobster & Tarragon Benny, featuring butter-poached Atlantic lobster on a brioche round, soft-poached eggs, and a velvety tarragon hollandaise, served with fresh shaved asparagus and fennel salad. Complementing this is a refreshing Iced Matcha with condensed milk and strawberry compote, inspired by Honoka’s mom in Japan. It’s a beautiful fusion of love, heritage, and flavour, crafted to celebrate moms everywhere.

MEREON BISTRO While the regular brunch and lunch menu will be available, don’t miss the featured Smoked Salmon Benny, with house-smoked salmon, fresh poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, crispy capers, a fresh salad, and fingerling potatoes.
