Shoppers can also capture memories with professionally managed photos at the Grand Court’s undersea wonderland from July 17-19 (11am-5pm) and July 20-28 (11am-7pm). Pose with ocean-themed props and a fun sea creature. Packages start at $20\, with some proceeds supporting Ocean Wise. Photos can be reserved online at metropolisatmetrotown.com. \nWith an action-packed calendar of events\, don’t miss the dazzling Under the Sea parade (July 6 and 20\, and August 3\, from 12pm-1:30pm)\, where parade participants will don stunning sea creature costumes as they make their way through the centre. DESCRIPTION:The Dancing on the Edge Festival (DOTE) returns for its 36th year this spring from Thursday\, June 13 to Saturday\, June 22 at various venues across the Lower Mainland including Firehall Arts Centre\, Scotiabank Dance Centre and SFU’s Goldcorp Centre for the Arts\, as well as an off-site presentation at select Vancouver parks. \nOne of the most eagerly anticipated events in British Columbia’s contemporary dance scene\, DOTE is a significant contributor to the Canadian arts and culture community for both artists and audiences. This year’s Festival will once again deliver high caliber\, exhilarating\, innovative\, and spell-binding dance works.
