Designed to enhance core stability\, flexibility\, and muscular endurance\, Shana will lead you through foundational ballet strengthening with targeted exercises in a fun\, expertly-guided movement experience. No experience necessary\, just come and have fun! To wrap up the class\, Sandy Pandher will guide you through a short sound bath meditation.

SUMMARY:Frankenstein 1931 Screening | Fundraiser for Mary Shelley Meets a Monster
DESCRIPTION:An immersive fundraiser for Dreamqueen Immersive’s upcoming production of ‘Mary Shelley Meets A Monster’. You will be among the first guests to enter the Villa Diodati. With your ticket\, you can expect a sneak peek of the play\, followed by a screening of the original 1931 Frankenstein film. \nUpon entrance you will receive a goodie bag to snack on throughout the movie\, VIP swag\, and the chance to peruse our silent auction. Arrive in your best Regency wear for a chance to win best dressed and take home two free tickets to witness our take on the dark and stormy night in which Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein! \nWitty and sexy in equal measure\, Mary Shelley Meets a Monster invites guests into a stormy June in 1816\, when Mary Shelley and four companions decamp to a villa on Lake Geneva to invent a new genre of literature. \nIt begins simply enough as an evening spent rained in with some of the greatest creative minds in history\, but soon becomes a story about love\, sex\, creation\, ambition\, power\, and resurrecting the dead. \nFollow our socials @dreamqueenimmersive\, or learn more at https://www.dreamqueenimmersive.com/villadiodati
