Foodies will want to try the iconic Salmon Bake — a savoury\, barbecued salmon filet that has become a Steveston favourite — a bowl of tasty chow mein\, or fluffy stacks of pancakes for early rising parade-goers. Stages set across the village will feature music all-day\, headlined by the six-piece dance band Dr. Strangelove and Midnight Cruiser Band\, which offers ‘70s and ‘80s rock with a modern twist. Roving entertainers like jugglers and stilt walkers will keep crowds amused\, as festival goers explore the Art Show\, Japanese Culture Show\, and activities at Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site.
