DESCRIPTION:Enjoy live performances at BC’s largest shopping centre! This spring\, Metropolis at Metrotown’s grand court will display a diverse array of musical talent\, including Burnaby North Secondary School’s Marching Band\, CW Music & Performing Arts School\, Modern Music Society of Canada\, and Tom Lee music students. \nOn May 31\, the 50-person Burnaby North Secondary School Marching Band (comprised of students from grades 8-12) will march through the shopping centre with notable performances at stop points like the Dolphin Pond\, Zara\, and\, of course\, the Grand Court. \nOn June 1\, CW Music & Performing Arts School will be rocking out with pop songs and soft rock tunes in the Grand Court’s current stunning garden display from 12pm – 2pm. \nOn June 2\, visitors of Metropolis at Metrotown can enjoy the musical talents of Tom Lee Music’s student pianists from 12pm – 1pm\, before the Modern Music Society of Canada high school students enthrall with a variety of instruments and singing at 1:30pm – 2:30pm.
