TechExit Vancouver aims to connect business leaders and entrepreneurs with the resources and knowledge needed to prepare for long-term growth. Being the only conference of its kind in Canada, the event provides a one-stop shop for anyone looking to learn about mergers and acquisitions, as well as network with like-minded professionals in the technology industry.
Guest speakers include founders, partners, and investors who will be sharing their experiences and expertise. They will share experiences of success and failure, and offer advice on navigating the complex world of M&A. Additionally, experienced advisors will provide insights on due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and many other topics.
A program has been organized for the event that kicks off the day with networking and a continental breakfast. After a day of learning about trends in the industry, hearing from knowledgeable speakers and participating in engaging sessions, the last hour is meant to debrief and enjoy the connections made over drinks and appies during happy hour.
