SPACE, a disability arts nonprofit, is putting on a first-ever celebration of stuttering art at the Beaumont! Experience an incredible evening of music, stories, and film, and help us create a Vancouver that listens better to all voices.
Featuring:
MUSIC FROM LUKE WYLAND – musician who stutters and curator of the Library of Dysfluent Voices
STORIES FROM BARRY YEOMAN – acclaimed journalist and stuttering advocate
SCREENING OF “WE ARE THE AUDIENCE” – SPACE’s award-winning short film
Free food and more.
All proceeds will help us raise $30,000 so we can make sure the voices of people who stutter are heard. Whether you are a person who stutters, and ally, or just a lover of great art – this event is for you. All are welcome!
