Light Up Chinatown is back, and so are we!
On Sat, Aug 8, Same Same But Different Snack Bar returns, and this year, it’s a three-way crossover with Dicky’s Dumps, Say Hey Cafe & Deli, and Touski joining forces.
On the mashup menu:
Meatball Dumplings: Say Hey’s signature meatball recipe wrapped into Dicky’s Dumps’s signature dumplings, smothered in San Marzano tomato sauce, confit garlic mayo, pickled serranos, chili garlic oil, and all the parm!
The Dumpling Glizzy: Dicky’s Dumps Chicken & Ginger filling made into a sausage, grilled, stuffed in a lil bun, dressed in lots of yumminess still being perfected :)
