Burlesque meets whodunit in Murder! By Pasties, an interactive murder mystery where the audience helps solve the crime.

When beloved but fading burlesque chanteuse Maxine Midnight is found dead, the mystery unfolds live onstage. Performers take the stage to music chosen at random, while suspects, weapons, and locations are revealed through the draw of cards – ensuring every performance tells a different story.

Featuring a lineup of Vancouver burlesque stars and headlined by internationally acclaimed performer Ariel Helvetica, the evening unfolds across eight burlesque numbers as audiences piece together clues between acts to identify the killer.

Created by Purple Devil Productions, Murder! By Pasties is designed as a travelling production that highlights local burlesque talent in every city it visits, bringing a fresh cast and new twists to each performance.

The show runs approximately two hours with two intermissions and takes place Saturday, April 4, at the Historic Theatre at The Cultch.
