Long Table Dinner with Nero Tondo at the Sharing Farm

The Sharing Farm is thrilled to partner with Chefs Devon Latte and Lucas Johnston for its final long table dinner of the season on September 14th. Guests will enjoy a five-course vegetarian feast celebrating the peak of the harvest, brought to life with Devon and Lucas’ playful flavours and hyper-local ingredients. The evening begins at 6 PM with a guided farm tour, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM.

ABOUT THE SHARING FARM

The Sharing Farm is a nonprofit community farm on unceded Musqueam territory in Terra Nova Park, Richmond, BC. Each year, it donates over 20,000 pounds of fresh produce to local food security programs—including the Richmond Food Bank, the Musqueam Nation’s free farmers market, and faith-based food initiatives, reaching up to 2,200 people weekly. The farm also runs a CSA program, hosts Richmond’s annual Garlic Festival, and operates a seasonal farmstand.

A vibrant community hub, the Sharing Farm offers events, workshops, and volunteer opportunities that bring people together to connect with the land, sustainable agriculture, and each other. In 2024 alone, it engaged more than 9,000 people through its programs and gatherings.

ABOUT DEVON AND LUCAS

Chefs Lucas Johnston and Devon Latté met at the Acorn restaurant in 2018, instantly diving into and falling in love with the local concept. They ran the restaurant together for five years and along with the best staff in Vancouver, collected a Michelin recommendation along with countless other accolades. They’ve been cooking together ever since and don’t plan on stopping!

Their food is ingredient-forward, relying on strict hyper-locality and seasonal organic vegetables to drive their menus along with sustainably sourced seafood. You’ll also find many wild Pacific Northwest ingredients foraged and preserved by the two chefs throughout the year. Expect unique, punchy and fun flavours! The duo opened Nero Tondo Restaurant in February 2025, displaying an elevated yet fun approach on local cuisine.
