High Tide | Cancer Season: Creative Workshop + Sound Bath

A creative workshop and sound bath hosted by Low Tide / High Tide — a pop-up series by artist Mega McGrath, designed to help you reconnect with your creative vision, clear blocks, and sync with the natural cycles that shape the world around us. Featuring certified sound practitioner and channeler, May Globus.

An evening of meditation, sound healing, and creative workshopping

We use astrology as a mythological framework (drawing on archetypes for theme and timing) while grounding the experience in psychology, meditation, and somatic nervous system work. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic state where clarity can emerge and change becomes possible.

We’ll work with the energy of the Full Moon in Capricorn (taking place just 3 days after High Tide!) to sync with the earth’s natural rhythm and help you release what’s no longer working; identify old habits, creative blocks, and outdated structures.

You’ll also receive a printout of Mega’s Three Month Worry Cleanse—a simple 90-day tool to help shift your relationship with time, discipline, and self-worth. We close the evening with a 20-minute sound bath to help the work settle into the body. Using crystal bowls and healing frequencies, the sound helps integrate your insights and restore balance.
