Garden Tea Festival 2026: Tea for All

Sip, connect, and immerse yourself in the rich traditions and cultures of tea from all across the globe at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden.

The festival brings together tea, art, and culture through immersive experiences. Enjoy calligraphy, traditional music performance, Hanfu try-on, Hatha yoga, tea tastings and more, all within the tranquil setting of the authentic classical Chinese garden.

Event Highlights – May 23
On May 23, explore tea traditions from China, Japan, India, and the West through exhibitions and expert-led workshops. Meet representatives from the global tea company Zheng Shan Tang, and learn about the 400-year tea culture behind Lapsang Souchong black tea. You can also enjoy live calligraphy demonstrations, cultural performances, music, and interactive activities throughout the day, or unwind with a guided hatha yoga session in the tranquil garden setting.

Rare Ticketed Tea Tasting Experiences – May 24
Three exclusive, rare curated tea tasting sessions will be offered:
Zheng Shan Tang will guide participants through premium Chinese teas, including Jin Jun Mei, one of China’s most celebrated black teas, as well as rare Wuyi rock tea (oolong), highlighting their distinctive flavours and traditional craftsmanship.
O5 Tea Company will present unique teas from the Caucasus Mountains, offering a rare opportunity to explore tea traditions from a lesser-known region of the world.
