Composer Jennifer Butler writes music for the people she loves. She works with quiet and fragile sounds juxtaposed with loud, forceful moments, layered textures, and silence.

Her Modulus Festival concert celebrates the release of Butler’s new album, a collection of achingly beautiful music written for – and performed by – extraordinary musicians, all long-time friends and collaborators.
