Mushroom Growing Experience
Step behind the scenes at Asahi Mushrooms for an up-close look at the incredible journey from spore to harvest.

You’ll learn about the mushroom growing process from start to finish, including:
– Spore collection
– Germinating into living mycelium
– Colonization
– Triggering fruiting conditions
– Harvesting gourmet mushrooms
Then, you’ll inoculate your very own mushroom grow kit to take home. Choose from a selection of gourmet varieties including:

Pioppino
