Lipont Gallery Unveils a Fusion of Chinese and Western Artistry in a Noteworthy Exhibition.
Lipont Gallery is honoured to exhibit the exquisite works of a group of traditional Chinese painting artists and contemporary oil painting artists. The collection comes from a private collector in White Rock, BC. It is worth mentioning that some of the works are private gifts specially created by the artist for the collector, and we take this opportunity to share them with you in the exhibition.
This exhibition will present the artistic works of artists Jiang Jianzhong, Wang Pinkang, Huang Azhong, Ren Min, Liu Xiaoqing, Chen Pengju, Shi Chan, Wu Ke, Wang Zimo, Zhu Nanshui, and Xu Chang. They are all leaders in the field of Shanghai-style art. Their works are collected by major museums, art galleries, and private collectors, and have won many awards at home and abroad.
The works of Jiang Jianzhong, an international mainstream painting artist, are sublime, quiet and elegant. This time his work “Woman with Top Hat” will be exhibited.
Huang Azhong’s work “Scenery on the Table” not only reflects the exploration of the structural properties of Cubism, but also incorporates the connotation of oriental art. He is one of the representative figures after Lin Fengmian who combines Chinese and Western art exquisitely.
Liu Xiaoqing is a respected figure in the calligraphy world. He has made outstanding contributions to the research and development of calligraphy and calligraphy education.
The works of other artists in the exhibition all have their own unique artistic styles and artistic ideas.
During the exhibition, you will also have the opportunity to communicate face-to-face with the collector and learn about the stories behind the paintings.
