Chinatown Storytelling Centre 5th Anniversary Open House

Celebrate five years of the Chinatown Storytelling Centre with a free open house weekend!

Since opening in 2021, the Centre has become a gathering place where elders, students, families and first-time visitors connect through the stories that shaped Vancouver’s Chinatown and the Chinese Canadian journey.

Enjoy free admission and free guided tours, including the Learning Lab, available throughout both days, subject to capacity. Explore Vitality: Iconic Images, Hidden Stories, enter prize draws, and make a unique souvenir fifth anniversary button. Anyone who becomes a member during the weekend will receive a free copy of the Vitality book.
