Celebrate the special mother figures in your life this Mother’s Day at Metropolis at Metrotown!
BC’s largest shopping centre is honouring the mother figures in our lives, along with Mother Nature. Themed “We Love Moms & Mother Nature,” Metropolis at Metrotown is transforming into a magical space from now until June 1st, complete with stunning spring floral décor, an English garden museum, an English garden party, shopping incentives, and more.
From May 1 – June 1, make a wish at the English garden museum at the Grand Court. Designed from an ant’s perspective, revellers can wander among the fauna and woodland creatures, while learning about pollinators. Make a wish on a leaf tag on the featured wishing tree. Metropolis at Metrotown will plant one tree for every wish made.
On May 11, join us for a ticketed English garden party in the Grand Court. With plenty of tasty food and refreshments, a build-your-own candy bar, adopt-a-plant experience, live DJ, and plenty of interactive experiences for all ages, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Tickets are available now through May 10 and can be purchased online. Ticket proceeds will be donated to the Cause We Care Foundation in support of single mothers.
