Brewery & the Beast celebrates the outdoor roots of the festival by giving chefs free reign to be bold, innovate and creative while preparing their dishes over open fire. Beef, bison, pork, lamb, goat, chicken, elk, rabbit, duck and wild boar are featured in dishes offered throughout the event and are prepared using traditional and innovative techniques that involve live fire cooking, whole animal roasts, smoking, braising and grilling. Pair these tasty offerings with local craft beer, cocktails, wine, hard seltzers, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, and live music, and its a feast for the senses not to be missed! All proteins featured at BATB are ethically and responsibly raised and sourced from small farm operations who raise their animals with care and transparency.
